Dear Reynoldsburg Education Association Members,
Welcome back to another school year in the Burg! We hope that your days are filled with love, connectivity and accomplishment.
First and foremost, Kim and I would like to thank you for your commitment and service to our children as dedicated members of our district team. Truly, ‘We Are One’. Our hats are off to you for devoting your energies and talents to our school district and our kiddos.
Second, we are writing to you today because the Reynoldsburg City School District is on the verge of some very critical structural work, as you are aware, and we thank you for supporting our kids and their 21st century needs. The Reynoldsburg community places a high value on educating our young people, and as a community we need to evaluate our obstacles to success and strategically plan to overcome those obstacles for our future and the future of our students. As members of this educational community, Kim and I understand the importance of informing our local community on the need for new building investments, and the need to raise essential dollars to help the proposed bond/levy issue pass in Reynoldsburg, a community we both hold near and dear to our hearts.
In that vein, we are humbly asking each REA member for a one-time $20 donation to our levy campaign so that we can educate Reynoldsburg residents as to the importance of these 21st century needs and ask voters for their support in November. A new Hannah J. Ashton and Early Learning Center with full-day kindergarten are a must.
We hope we can count on you for a donation to help this critical campaign. The success of our students and our community depends on its passage. It is our goal to achieve passage the first time! Feel free to contact either of us should you have questions or need further information. Also, please visit www.forreynoldsburgschools.com for further information – and to donate easily with a click of the button. We also accept checks made payable to Friends of Reynoldsburg Schools which can be mailed to our campaign treasurer, Jon Harmacek, at 380 Jonell Lane, Reynoldsburg, 43068. As a reminder, please use personal email accounts when contacting us or the campaign in order to remain compliant with state law.
Again, thank you for all you do and for your continued support of our students.
Sincerely,
Tori Begeny, Co-Chair, Friends of Reynoldsburg Schools
and Kim Cooper, President, Reynoldsburg Education Association
